After a search and selection and learning the request of the investor, we provide our clients with 3-4 proposals in different areas of Barcelona city and its´ surrounding area. We will take care of the scrutiny of real estate which includes: the right to property, the presence of debts, the loss of the ransom and municipal taxes. After we get all this information we invite the client for a "study tour" for the purpose of inspecting the properties and surrounding area.
